This form asks you to consent to the use of your image/s by Pictama Studios. We use stories (words, photography and film) in our communications and impact reporting activities.

By signing this release form, I hereby grant Pictama Studios the absolute right to reproduce, display and disseminate worldwide and in perpetuity, in any traditional or electronic media format, my likeness as shown in the photographs/films captured at this time for the purposes given above.

This form asks you to consent to the use of your image by Pictama Studios. Your image shall be deemed to represent a fictional person unless agreed otherwise. Please note that that our website and social media channels can be accessed from outside the United Kingdom.
You agree to the displaying of leaflets and flyers of a crowd realise form. This shall be displayed at all entrances of the events.
I hereby affirm that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to my benefit. I understand and agree that photographs in the possession of the releasee shall become the property of the releasee. The use and publication of the photographs however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said photographs.
I hereby waive my right to inspect of approve the photographs by which my likeness appears.
I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorisation.
